SOLIS SRLS is concluding the "Creative and Digital Skills for Artistic Facilitators" project, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program (n° 2023-1-IT02-KA122-ADU-000143524).
This innovative mobility project in the field of adult education has created an integrated training pathway, combining digital tools and creative methodologies to promote social inclusion and improve the English language skills of adults working with adults from disadvantaged communities.
Main Objectives of the Project:
1. Improvement of Digital and Creative Skills:
Equip facilitators with advanced digital tools and creative methodologies to effectively engage learners.
Integrate creative digital tools into artistic practices to create more inclusive educational environments.
2. Improvement of English Language Skills:
Strengthen facilitators' English language skills to enhance interaction with international partners and diverse cultural contexts.
Use English as a means to promote social inclusion and cultural participation among migrants and disadvantaged groups.
3. Promotion of Social Inclusion through Art and Technology:
Use digital creativity as a tool for social engagement and economic development.
Empower adult learners and communities through innovative educational practices.
During the project, SOLIS SRLS organized a series of activities, including video production and digital animation workshops, interactive online courses, and the creation of a digital platform that uses artificial intelligence to identify and respond to the needs of disadvantaged communities. Additionally, English language learning programs, conversation workshops, and cultural activities were conducted, along with training sessions on advanced facilitation techniques.
Thanks to this project, 14 staff members/beneficiaries of SOLIS SRLS participated in mobility activities, significantly enhancing their digital, creative, and language skills. Collaboration with prestigious international organizations, including Easy School of Languages in Malta, INK Formación S.L.in Valencia, Universitat Politècnica de València, Innovative Istria Creative Incubator, in Portorož, Slovenia and Mind@work VOF from NL and supported by FUTOUR of Paolo Mario Remo Martinez, allowed the creation of an international participation of support and exchange of best practices.
